Returns & Refunds Policy – CarverWear

This policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify us by email within this period.

After cancellation, items must be returned within 14 days.

2. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, in accordance with UK law.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof of return.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Items may be tried on as they would be in a physical store.
If an item shows signs of excessive use beyond this, a deduction may be applied to the refund.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued and return shipping costs will be covered by us.

6. Store Credit

Store credit may be offered optionally, but customers are always entitled to a monetary refund where legally required.

7. Exclusions

Personalised or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation unless faulty.
