TERMS OF SERVICE (UK-COMPLIANT)

These Terms apply to all orders placed via the CarverWear online store.

2. Orders

By clicking “Buy Now” or “Pay Now”, you place a legally binding order for the items in your cart.
You will receive an order confirmation by email after purchase.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed at checkout include applicable taxes.
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer international shipping.
Estimated delivery time: 5–25 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

If delivery cannot be completed within 30 days and no alternative solution is agreed, customers are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

5. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of CarverWear until payment is received in full.

6. Consumer Rights & Warranty

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Liability

CarverWear is liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, or damage to life, body, or health.
In other cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damages.
